BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Our Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on building confidence, improving physical fitness, and mastering techniques for self-defense or competition. Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners, classes provide an engaging way to relieve stress, increase flexibility, and develop practical self-defense skills. With expert instructors guiding every session, students experience camaraderie and personal growth while working toward their goals.

STRENGHT TRAINING

Offered free for Miami Beach residents and sponsored by the City of Miami Beach, our strength training program is tailored to improve overall fitness, muscle tone, and functional strength. These sessions focus on proper form, injury prevention, and creating a sustainable path to better health. It's an excellent way to complement Jiu-Jitsu or to focus solely on building strength and endurance.

Lifting Kettlebells

FALL PREVENTION

Designed specifically for seniors and sponsored by the City of Miami Beach, this class focuses on balance, coordination, and core strength to reduce the risk of falls. Seniors gain confidence in their mobility while learning techniques to safely recover from a fall, promoting independence and a higher quality of life.
